Though she never sought the spotlight, Arnette’s legacy shines through the lives she nurtured and the care she gave so freely — a soft word, a listening ear, a helping hand.
Arnette was preceded in death by her loving husband, the Honorable Judge G. Jack Davis, Jr., and her daughter, Jacqueline Wagner. She is survived by her daughters, Trisha Duff (Randy) and Annie Davis (James Brown); sons, Jack Davis III (Lindsay), Jeff Davis (Taylor Choi), and Chris Davis (Melissa); grandchildren, Erika, Ashton, Daniel, Ashley, Jonathan, Tara, Tabitha, Travis, Jackson, Kendall, Haley, Chase and Sofia; and great-grandchildren Carter, Elijah, Noah, and Abigail Jane. She is further survived by her sister, Martha Ann Samble; her brother, Arnie “Bud” Meyers; and her dear friend, Murel Hull.
