Beverly was the oldest of six children. Her father, Alden Trickler (Mary (Lewis)), provided for the family as the owner/operator of a television shop off of Cincinnati Avenue. Beverly completed the 8th grade before embarking on her life's journey.
She married Freddie Rickert and together they had three sons. Beverly was a devoted mother who loved her children deeply and worked tirelessly to ensure they had a good upbringing. Her surviving sons, Christopher Rickert (Carrie) and Darryl Rickert, both reside in Dayton, Ohio. Her son, David Rickert, predeceased her. Beverly is also survived by her sisters, Mary Paxton, Aletha Perkins, Noami Shields, and Janie Clark, all of whom live in Dayton, Ohio. Her sister, Rebecca Schifflet, predeceased her.
Beverly worked at 10 Wilmington Place, where she dedicated her efforts to assisting residents with their daily tasks. Her career was marked by her kindness and dedication to those she served.
She was deeply involved in her community as a lifelong member of the Wesleyan Evangelistic Church on Watervliet Avenue. Her faith was a cornerstone of her life, and she was known as a strong woman of faith.
In her personal life, Beverly was passionate about the Boy Scouts and enjoyed ceramics. She loved gardening and spending time outdoors, activities that brought her great joy.
Beverly is also survived by numerous extended family members and her church family. She was well-liked by many who knew her, leaving behind a legacy of love and kindness.
