Billy Leon Frey Jr., age 45 of Riverside, passed away unexpectedly December 26, 2015. He was preceded in death by his parents, Bill Sr. and Janet Frey. He is survived by three children: Teirra Frey of KY, Billy Joseph Frey of KY and Billy Leon Frey III of Riverside. He is also survived by a sister, Kimberly Slade and husband Lee of FL and a brother, Jimmy Dean of FL, and numerous other friends and family members. Billy had a generous and giving heart; he was a loving father, a devoted brother, and extremely loyal to and protective of his family and friends. He was the owner/operator of Bill Jr.’s Radiator Shop in Dayton. Friends may call at the Tobias Funeral Home Beavercreek Chapel, 3970 Dayton-Xenia Rd., on Tuesday evening, January 5, 2016 from 5-8 PM. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home at 10 AM on Wednesday, January 6, 2016 with Pastor Don Payne officiating. Interment will be in Dayton Memorial Park Cemetery.
