He was always there to share a comforting hug, offer words of support or wisdom, and to remind us all that there is no power greater than putting our faith in God. Chad devoted all of his energy to being a mentor and role model for those he cared about, and he was steadfast in building a life that he knew his family would be proud of. He loved his father and could not wait to show him the life he was working so hard to build. He valued every second of time with his mother, stepfather, sisters, brothers, and nephews. Bub and Uncle Chad, as he was known to his sisters, little brothers, and nephews, was a beacon of hope, light, and love that provided unconditional love and comfort whenever it was needed. Chad never hesitated to share love and advice with his friends, always putting the needs of others in front of his own. He was an avid sports fan, always looking forward to the next Lakers or Cowboys game and the opportunity to share some chicken wings with his loved ones. He was always quick to lift anybody’s day with a smile and his humor. His enthusiasm for life and faith was contagious, and those fortunate enough to spend a minute with him came out a better person. We will always miss his giant heart and know that he is watching over us. He will forever be our Chady boy.
