
65th birthday. She was born January 29, 1949 in Dayton, Ohio to Laura and Virgil Rosengarten. In 1965, the family moved to Centerville, Ohio where she graduated from Centerville High School in 1967. From a young age, Cynthia possessed a contagious smile and unique sense of humor, which she maintained throughout her life, winning the trust and hearts of everyone that knew her. Cynthia is survived by her son Christian (Kristin ) Deuber: daughter, Jennifer (Duane) Winchester: father, Virgil Rosengarten; brother, Terry Rosengarten; nephew, Jason (Jean) Rosengarten and grand dogs, Lucy, Kadi and Puddy. She spent the last 21 years of her life with John Tuss, the true companion of her soul, and is survived by him and his children; Michael Tuss and Jamie Tuss (Phil Tokarsky).In addition to being a devoted mother of two children, Cynthia worked for 35 years as an executive secretary and purchasing director at Delphi Automotive Systems in Dayton, Ohio. Upon her retirement, she devoted much of her time and energy as a caregiver to family members, including her mother who passed away in 2012. Cynthia’s greatest accomplishment is the mark she left on the lives of her family and friends. She had a unique gift to recognize and appreciate the best in others, and to make them feel loved and lifted by her presence. A private celebration of life will be held for immediate family and friends. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be sent to either the Therapeutic Riding Institute Inc. P.O.
