

Parsell, Dona, passed away on May 6th, 2018 at the age of 70. Dona was born in Bellevue, OH to Evelyn and Donald Moist. She graduated from Centerville High School in 1966 and was very active in the Reunion Committee. Dona was a proud employee in the paper industry for over 30 years and was most recently employed at Verso Corporation in Miamisburg, OH. She also volunteered actively for the Dayton Chapter of the National T.T.T. Society, whose main mission is to send girls to summer camp. Dona was known to all for her generosity and her indomitable spirit. As a devoted Cincinnati Bengals fan, she could be found cheering in the stands at Paul Brown Stadium for nearly every home game. She loved visiting family in Chicago and Maryland and enjoyed vacationing on the beaches of Florida and North Carolina. She loved her dogs, Jasmine and Izzy. While undergoing cancer treatment, Dona inspired all of those who knew her with her tenacity, courage, and humor. She will be deeply missed by her family and close network of friends. Dona is survived by her beloved sister, Kathy Currie, son Brad Parsell (Andrea Mayfield), nephews John Currie (Michele), Adam Currie (Kristine), Craig Currie (Gabriela), and seven grandnephews and nieces.
