

Donald Lloyd Huff, age 91, passed away on February 1, 2026, at The Wellington in Dayton, Ohio. He was born on February 25, 1934, in Blandinsville, Illinois to parents Lloyd and Doris (Bunch) Huff who preceded him in death. A brother, Dean Huff also preceded him in death.
Donald is survived by his wife, Barbara; 3 sons, Larry (Jenifer), Kenny (Mary), and Steve; 2 step-children, Charlie (Patti), and Andrea (Jeff); 6 grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
Donald’s vocational career was extensive. He worked at repairing watches and attended watch makers school at Western Illinois University. He worked for Hertz Rental Car, American Airlines, Newark Air Force Base and as an engineer at Wright Patterson Air Force Base. He is an Air Force Veteran who served for 4 years in the Air Force and for 20 years in the Air Force Reserves.
Donald and Barbara enjoyed square dancing together, and Donald was a square dance caller for many years. They spent winters for 25 years in Florida in a square dance park. Donald enjoyed ceramics, hiking, camping, playing cards, being with friends and playing harmonica.
A visitation will be held at Tobias Funeral Home - Far Hills Chapel, located at 5471 Far Hills Ave, Dayton, Ohio, 45429, on Tuesday, February 10, 2026, from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
The funeral service will take place at First Baptist Church, 1167 Highview Dr., Fairborn, OH, 45324, on Wednesday, February 11, 2026, starting at 11:00 am.
Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery, 1625 Calvary Drive, Dayton, Ohio, 45409, on Wednesday, February 11, 2026, at 1:00 pm.
