

LIVESAY, Donald O., age 78 of Beavercreek went to be with his Lord unexpectedly on Wednesday, December 5, 2012. He is preceded in death by his parents, Calloway and Faye Livesay, sisters, Emily (Livesay) Shubert, Ruth (Livesay) Sword, Ruby Livesay, Betty Livesay, Lula Wade, Marie Livesay, Letha Livesay, Edna and May; brothers, Bradley Livesay, Calloway Jr. Livesay, Joe Livesay, Pete Livesay, Granville Livesay. Donald is survived by his beloved wife of 57 years, Dottie Poteet Livesay; son, Timothy (Becky) Livesay of Georgetown, KY; daughter, Patti (Stephen) Barnes of Flower Mound, TX; grandchildren, Brittany Barnes, Nathan Barnes, Dalton Livesay, Hope Livesay and Nicholas Donald Livesay; sister, Louella Davidson. Don was very close to all of his nieces and nephews on both sides of the family, so many to name and he loved them all. Donald was born in Lee County, VA and moved to Dayton at age 18. He worked at GM for 42 and a half years where he had many wonderful friends. He was a member of Brantwood Baptist Church where he served as an usher and deacon. He loved to joke around with family and friends and always made them laugh. A visitation will be held at TOBIAS FUNERAL HOME- BEAVERCREEK CHAPEL 3970 Dayton-Xenia Rd. at Grange Hall Rd. from 5-8 pm, Friday, December 7, 2012. A funeral service will be held at 11 am, Saturday, December 8, 2012 at Brantwood Baptist Church, 2400 Albrecht Ave (on the coroner of Mentor and Albrecht), Dayton, Ohio.
