VANDERPOOL, Enoch Harold, age 93, of Centerville, Ohio passed away Monday, August 12, 2013 at the Kettering Medical Center under Hospice supervision surrounded by his family and friends. Enoch was born in Kentucky to the late Ada and Jim Vanderpool. He is also preceded in death by his brothers and their wives; Eldon (Ruth), Winfred (Josephine), Pete (Carrol), Jesse Lee (Virginia) and Carl (Barbara). Enoch is survived by his wife of 71 years, Mae Vanderpool, and their two daughters Lena Edwards of Arcanum and Bonnie Todd of Miami Township, numerous nieces and nephews. Enoch is a United States Army Air Corps veteran who served his country during WWII in the European Theater. He was proud of his service to this country and was always willing to share his war stories with others. He retired from the local Plumbers and Pipefitters Union; of which he was a lifelong member. Enoch was also a member of the Morningstar Baptist Church in Centerville. Funeral service will be held 11:00AM Friday, August 16, 2013 at the TOBIAS FUNERAL HOME- Far Hills Chapel; with Rev.
