COOPER, Ethel "Nan", age 99 of Beavercreek, passed away Wednesday, December 12, 2012 at Miami Valley Hospital. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Elmer "Coop" Cooper; parents, Ollie and Etta Lawson of Ezel, KY; brothers, Clayton, Earl, Ellis, J. Arthur, Orville, Ottis, James "Jr."; and sisters, Lena Lawson, Maud Lawson, Elsie Streiff, Marie Sheets. Nan is survived by her daughter, Alexis and husband David Shurte of Beavercreek; granddaughter, Lori Shurte of Dayton; grandson, Matt and wife Jenny Shurte of Beavercreek; great grandchildren, Rachael, Max, and Parker; sisters Jane Leeper, Mary Hale, Doris Frazier; and many neices and nephews. Her family will receive friends from 2:00 until 5:00 PM Sunday, December 16, 2012 at TOBIAS FUNERAL HOME - BEAVERCREEK, CHAPEL, 3970 Dayton-Xenia Rd. at Grange Hall Rd. Funeral servies will be 10:00 AM Monday, December 17, 2012 at the funeral home. Interment - Miami Valley Memory Gardens (Centerville).
