Gail/Susie/Amy, I recall when you all were young and still living at home. You were the absolute loves of his life. Trailering your horses and the long hours spent at those events. Your dad considered it a labor of love.   

Your dad was so very full of life! He graduated from Medina County Sheriff's Academy and worked part time as a deputy. Nights we spent at the Richfield Coliseum until the wee hours of the morning. Then onto being the first Chief of Brunswick Hills PD. Of course those were more late nites at Donutland in Brunswick chatting over coffee until dawn. He loved every single minute!  

He taught me so very much. His warm smile, his laugh, that voice! I've missed him dearly over the years.

My grandfather was a fearsome man. Fearsome in his love. As he would have laid down his life in service to his country, he would have given his life for family or friends. To his grandchildren, he never told us what we should be, should or shouldn't do. Like or dislike. He showed us what we could be, and celebrated who we are. With a clap on the back, laughing deeply. He will be missed.

We were so saddened to read of Frank's passing. Please know you and your family are in our thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.

On behalf of the United States Submarine Veterans (USSVI), we offer our most sincere condolences and sympathy to Rose Ann, Gail (Matt), Susan (Dale), Amy (Russell), and all of Frank's family and friends in this time of sorrow. God bless you with peace, comfort you, and heal your broken hearts. We are especially thankful for Frank's service to our country in the U.S. Submarine Service during the cold war. To our “Brother of the Dolphin” we say … "Sailor, rest your oar. We have the watch. May you rest in peace and may God bless your loved ones who remain. Thank you for your service to our country."

So, heavenly Father add his name to the roll
Of our departed shipmates still on patrol.
Let them know that we who survive
Will always keep their memories alive. 

Bless those who serve beneath the deep,
Through lonely hours their vigil keep.
May peace their mission ever be!
Protect each one, we ask of Thee.

Bless those at home who wait and pray
For their return by night and day.

I remember, Frank, the time we went to Niagara Falls, the times we were over your house on Leading Avenue playing with your dog Buffy, the fishing on the Vermillion River - all those mosquitos - what a night that was.  I'll miss you, Frank - we cousins had a lot of fun together.  Rest in peace.

Roseann so sorry for your loss- I worked with Frank at AGA for several years , he was a good man , and will be missed by all that knew him . You and his children are in my prayers .

I would like to say good-by to an old friend, and condolences to his family. I was fortunate to have worked with Frank for a couple of years, we became friends right off, Frank was that kind of guy. He will never be forgotten. A sad loss for all that knew him. Good-by old friend.
