

Harry "Dale" Biddle, age 86, of Beavercreek, passed away on Friday, July 25, 2025. Dale was born on November 10, 1938, in Altoona, PA. He was the only child of Harry and E. Jane Biddle. Dale leaves behind his beloved wife of 65 years, Carol; his daughter, Suzanne (Jeff) Meek; son, David (Molly) Biddle; and granddaughters, Jennifer Meek, Nora Meek, Megan Biddle, and Chelsea Biddle.
After graduating from Altoona High School in 1956, he enlisted in the U.S. Air Force and served until December 1960. While in the Air Force, he worked as an Airborne Electronics Navigation, Radar, and Radio Equipment Repairman.
He attended Florida State University, The Ohio State University, Wright State University, and Park College, and received his Bachelor's degree in Management.
Dale worked as a civilian employee at Newark Air Force Station in Ohio from 1963 to 1973, and then at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base from 1973 until his retirement in 1997. He served in the Labor and Employee Relations Office (AFLC).
From 1998 to 2009, Dale volunteered at the National Museum of the U.S. Air Force, contributing 1,568 hours of service.
Dale began his Masonic career in 1964. In February 2020, he was honored for 50 years of membership in the Scottish Rite.
He became a Shriner at Aladdin Shrine in Columbus, Ohio, and transferred to Antioch Shrine in Dayton, Ohio, in 1973. During his years at Antioch, he served as Director of the Pipes and Drums from 1979 to 1984, and as Recorder from 2002 to 2010. He was a charter member of the Antioch Gun Club and a member of the Royal Order of Jesters.
Dale was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. He will be greatly missed.
Visitation will be held at Tobias Funeral Home – Beavercreek Chapel on Wednesday, August 6, 2025, at 12:00 PM, followed by a Celebration of Life and a Masonic Service at 1:00 PM. Interment will take place at Aley Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Affinity Hospice or Antioch Shrine Hospital Fund.
