Helen M. Patterson

Patterson, Helen M., age 97, passed away Monday February 9, 2015. Helen loved her family and enjoyed playing cards. She was a member of St. Charles of Borromeo Catholic Church and a resident of St. Leonard’s Community. She was preceded by her parents, Teresa and Michael Meyers; husband, Harry Patterson; brothers, Edward, Jake, Joseph, John and George Meyers; sisters, Teresa Hollst, Mary Snyder, and Elizabeth Shaffer; sons, Dale and Walter Patterson, daughter, Mary Patrick; and grandson, Alan Patterson; She is survived by a son, Jerry (Emma Kay) Patterson, daughter-in-law, Roberta Patterson; grandchildren, Barbara Patrick, Russell Patrick, Steven Patterson, Scott Patterson, Cheryl Stewart, Gayle Patterson, Joyce Patterson, Julie Koesters, and Richard Patterson; and numerous great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. Visitation will be Thursday from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Tobias Funeral Home, 5471 Far Hills Ave. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Charles of Borromeo Catholic Church on Friday February 13, 2015 beginning at 10:30 a.m. Interment will be in Dayton Memorial Park.
