AUBREY, James S., age 83, of Dayton passed away on Saturday, February 11, 2012 at Miami Valley Hospital. He was born in Lexington Kentucky on May 12, 1928 to the late James and Emma (Bundee) Aubrey. He is preceded in death by a granddaughter, Amanda Saum. He is survived by five sons, James Copeland, Timothy Copeland, Raymond Saum, Herbert Saum and David Saum; two daughters, Karen Low, and Deborah Fecke of Dayton. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, Melinda Fecke, Alicia Conley, Anthony Saum, Andrew Saum, Jon Copeland- Low, Courtney Copeland Low, April Saum , Jamie Copeland, Anthony Davis, CJ Davis, L.J Copeland; 5 great grandchildren, Tony Saum, Kara Saum, Cameron Conley, Christian Conley, and Jordyn Carson. He was a proud Army Veteran who cherished the freedom that he worked so hard to defend and protect. He was loved by all who knew him. James is with his maker and will forever be a defender in our hearts. Memorial Services will be held on Thursday. March 1, 2012 at 11:00AM at Dayton National Cemetery.
