Dear Mrs. Sisk,

My family is so sorry to hear about your loss. When I was growing up, you and Jim lived on Betty Drive and Jim would stop by my house to ask my dad questions about fixing his Pontiac.  My dad owned a copy of the maintenance manual and Jim would borrow it. After I grew up, I worked with Jim at FTD. I am so sorry to hear he is gone.

I'm glad to had the chance to see Jim last summer. I'll always remember Jim for his great sense of humor through the good or bad times.

Jim Sisk was a very good friend of mine.  Several years ago, it was Jim's idea to give out miniature pumpkins at the FTD Oktoberfest in exchange for their voting tickets we needed to get our girl (Ms Frieda Kunkle) elected Queen of the Oktoberfest.  She won over all other contestants by more than 500 votes.  The next year a regulation was published that ruses of that nature would no longer be permitted at the Oktoberfest!   Rest in peace, Jim.  I will keep you and your loved ones in my prayers.

My condolences to the Sisk family. I went to school and graduated in 1954 with James. He was well liked by his class mates including myself Marjorie McDermott Festa. I grew up in Norwalk and lived in the Spring Hill section of Norwalk. My prayers are with his wife Ellen and Children.Marjorie McDermott Festa

Janet and I will miss Jim in the community. His willingness to support his neighbors and the community were the hallmarks of his greatness.  His service the community was in the very best tradition of St Louis University.  Although we'll be at Holmes Beach for the funeral, our prayers will be with Jim, Ellen and the family.

My thoughts and prayers have been with you and Jim during the short time we have known one another. May God comfort you and give you His grace and peace durng this time and the days ahead.

Jim was one of the kindest, most caring men I have ever know. Always looking for humor. My sympathies on your loss.

Jim was a great neighbor, always volunteering his time and assets. Be it a simple sign for a garage sale, or a larger contribution to the overall association, Jim was a man who would always strive to help others. We will miss his jokes and his wisdom.
