

December 31, 2025. She was preceded in death by her parents
Wilfred and Helen Didier and by her husband of 66 years, Bill Potts.
She is survived by her children; Larry (JoAnn) Potts, Jerilyn
(Howard) Bates, Thomas Potts, Donald (Susan) Potts, Joyce (Steve)
Dunham, grandchildren Melissa (Matt) Lecklider, Diana Potts, Justin
(Lauren) Bates, Kristin Coons, Lorin ( Casey) Baksa, Cameron
(Alex) Potts, Garrett (Kendra) Potts, Jennifer (Levi) Moody, Kelly
(Ben) Heil, Ashley (Brandon) Bowers, and great-grandchildren
Madelyn Lecklider (Timothy), Mason Lecklider, Dillon Potts
(Chyanne), Ava and Evelyn Bates, Sloane and Lincoln Coons,
Olsen and Mazzarine Baksa, Kennedy and Colt Moody, Quinn,
Reese, and Andrew Heil, Jane and Sophie Bowers, as well as four
great great grandchildren.
Jane was a long-time active parishioner of St. Helen Catholic
Church. She enjoyed many years of employment at Carroll High
School, lovingly referred to by both staff and students as “the
bookstore lady”. Her kindness and work ethic earned her numerous
honors and recognitions at Carroll High School. Jane developed
life-long treasured friendships as a member of Eastview Pool &
Recreation Center and the Milton Athletic Club. She liked camping,
sewing, attending sports events, socializing and engaging with
family and friends in all types of events.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 am on
January 7, 2026 at St. Helen Catholic Church, 5080 Burkhardt
Rd., Riverside. Internment will follow in Calvary Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the Tobias Funeral Home - Beavercreek Chapel, 3970 Dayton-Xenia Rd at Grange Hall Rd. on January 6, 2026 from 5:00 pm - 7: 00pm.
