KAUFFMAN, Joan K. (Wyskiver), age 74 of Dayton passed away Friday, June 15, 2012 with her family at her side. She was preceded in death by her husband Guy W. Kauffman (2007) of 49 years; parents William and Hazel Wyskiver; and a sister, Ann Cox. Joan is survived by a son, Dana Kauffman of Dayton; daughters and sons-in-law, Carmalee (Barry) Heizer of Miamisburg, Regina (Dan) Bolin of Arcanum, and Lorrie (Rich) Newell of Columbus; 6 grandchildren: Ryan Kauffman, Jade Heizer, Skylar Heizer, Mariah Bolin, Kyle Newell and Seth Newell; sister Janet Saunders; and a brother Jack Wyskiver. Joan was a graduate of Kiser High School class of ’55. She worked as a floral designer for many years and enjoyed doing crafts for family and friends. She was a wonderful and loving wife, mother, and grandma who will be deeply missed. The viewing will be from 10-12noon on Wednesday, June 20, 2012 at TOBIAS FUNERAL HOME – BELMONT CHAPEL, 648 Watervliet Ave. with the funeral service to follow at noon. Burial in David’s Cemetery. A Celebration of Life will take place at the cemetery’s banquet facility following the burial from 1:30-3:30pm.
