Jay was a beloved husband, son, father, brother, uncle, and friend. He was adored by everyone for his humble nature and sense of humor. He had a love for marching band and color guard. Jay was a coach for many high school and independent color guards in the community. He enjoyed traveling and going for long walks in the park.
Jay was preceded in death by his mother, Nanette, and nephew Aaron. He is survived by his husband Clifton, daughter, Savannah, father, Jim, sisters, Connie and Cheryl, and brother, Gary.
There will be a celebration of life on Saturday, May 22, 2021 from 1:00 to 3:00PM at Stubbs Park in Centerville at the pavilion. Friends and family are welcome.
In lieu of flowers the family prefers donations to be made in Jay’s honor to Hospice of Dayton.
