APPLEGATE, June M., age 84 of Dayton, Ohio passed away on Monday, May 30, 2016 at Brookdale of Kettering. She is preceded in death by her mother, Jeanette Moshier and sister, Doris Harless. June is survived by her son and daughter in law, Ernie and Polly Applegate; grandchildren, Brian (Heather) Applegate, Todd (Erica) Applegate; great-grandchildren, Anabella, Collin and Garrison; nephews, Pat (Kim) Harless, Tim Harless as well as numerous great-nieces, great-nephews and cousins. June retired from Kroger after 30 years of dedicated service. We wish to express our everlasting gratitude to each and every friend who helped in their own special way. From our hearts, we say thank you. June was a loving mother, grandmother and friend. A funeral service will be held at 11am Friday, June 3, 2016 at TOBIAS FUNERAL HOME - BELMONT CHAPEL 648 Watervliet Ave. The family will receive friends from 10am until the time of services at the funeral home. Final interment will take place in Greenville, OH. Memorial contributions may be made to Brookdale Hospice.
