Kenneth R. Hodapp, age 82, of Dayton, Ohio, passed away on Sunday, November 16th, 2014 at Lincoln Park Manor. He was a proud member of the United States Army, having served in the Korean War. He worked for Supreme Optical Company and retired from Bell Optical Laboratories after 41 years. He was preceded in death by his wonderful parents, Clarence and Dorothy, brother, Donald and sister Lenore. He is survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Carol, sons, Mark (Janet) Hodapp, Todd (Connie) Hodapp, Scott (Carolyn) Hodapp, daughters, Mary (Tim) Covill, Peggy Simmons, Paula (Mike) Smith, sisters, Priscilla Gaynor, Claire Hood, brother, Marvin Hodapp, grandchildren, Tommy, Carly, Aubrey, Leslie, Tyler, Candice, Mikey, K.J., great-grandchild, Ava, nieces, nephews and special pet, Willie Nelson. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 am on Friday, November 21st, 2014 at Immaculate Conception Church, 2300 S Smithville Rd, Dayton, OH 45420. Friends may call on Thursday, November 20th, 2014 between 6:00 pm and 8:00 pm at Tobias Funeral Home, 3970 Dayton-Xenia Road, Beavercreek, Ohio 45432.
