SCHMIDT, L. Marjorie (Marge/Margie) age 91 of Oakwood, found her 'freedom' from Earth on Independence Day (7/4/11) at Sycamore Hosp. She was the only child of Wm. & Ida B. (Susie) Schmidt who preceded her in death. Margie graduated from Steele H.S. Class of 1938 & Miami Jacobs School. She retired after 40+ years from NCR C/U as Mgr of Accounting Dept-she spoke of her old friends and her love of her career often. Margie loved golf, was a member of NCR CC for many years and even had a few hole in ones. She loved playing bridge, cards & reading and most of all loved all of her great friends and many dogs she had throughout her lifetime. She had a very dry wit and great sense of humor. Appearance was important to Marge & she enjoyed shopping the shops of Oakwood and having her hair and nails done at the salon. Marge was laid to rest beside her parents at Davids Cemetery, Kettering, Ohio. She will be greatly missed by friends Suzi & Grace Rudolph.
