Ladonna D. Ferraro

LaDonna Dorene Ferraro of Washington Township, OH, passed away on March 14th, 2024. She was preceded in death by her husband Michael V. Ferraro, parents William Hollis Becknell, Mary Louise (Shuller) Becknell, brothers Ellery Hollis Becknell and Walter Warren Becknell. She is survived by her daughter Lori Ferraro Yoder (Chris), Bellbrook, OH, son Michael Vincent Ferraro II (Kristen), Upper Arlington, OH, sister Patricia Ann Ott (Ron), Vandalia, OH and brother Gary Michael Becknell (Cindi), Carlsbad, CA. Grandchildren Kristina Anderson (David), Windsor, U.K., Anna Ferraro, Tampa, FL, Julia Ferraro, Upper Arlington, OH and Nicholas Ferraro, Columbus, OH. Great grandchildren Essie Mae and Theo Anderson, Windsor, U.K. Nephew Craig Ott, nieces Jenny Ott, Jill Luttrell, Tracy Becknell, Julie Burns and Lizzie Broughton. LaDonna graduated from Kiser High School in 1950 and enjoyed many good times with her Kiser friends over the years. She worked for several years in office environments. She loved her Country and all it stood for, having lived through the Depression and poverty to a more comfortable life available to everyone in America. She was a life long Republican and proud of it. She and Mike treasured the years they lived in Deerfield Resort on Norris Lake, TN, enjoying the outdoors, fishing, boating, playing golf and having friends and family visit them. She was an active member of Incarnation Church, Pirelli Sons of Italy lodge and Birkdale Condo Association, where she and Mike enjoyed many friends. LaDonna loved her books, movies, social outings, travel and iPad. Marketplace was a favorite of hers. She and Mike loved spending time and holidays with their family, watching their grandchildren grow into great young people. She was a three time breast cancer survivor.
