Burnside, Larry D., age 67 of Kettering, passed away on Wednesday, December 17, 2014. He was preceded in death by his first wife Sandra Jo Burnside, step-father Bernard Miller and brother Bernie. He is survived by his wife of 27 years Debra Burnside, mother Irene Burnside Miller, children Shannan (Dale) May, Doug (Suzan) Burnside and Jason Burnside, step-daughter April (Bill) Oliver, step-son Bill Donohoo, grandchildren Blake, Kaela, Chelsea and Zack, and siblings Diane, Patty, Sandy and Bob. Larry retired from General Motors after 34 years. He enjoyed softball, cars and fishing. The family would like to extend special thanks to everyone who cared for Larry at Wood Glenn Alzheimer’s Community. Visitation will be held from 5:00 pm until the start of services at 7:00 pm on Monday December 29, 2014 at the TOBIAS FUNERAL HOME –BEAVERCREEK CHAPEL, 3970 Dayton-Xenia RD at Grange Hall RD.
