Williams, Layla Lynne (13 months). Our beautiful Layla passed away peacefully on February 10 in her loving home. She was happy, beautiful beyond words, and adored by family, friends, and all who met her. Layla is survived by Parents Shane and Brittney (Phillips), Sister and best friend Lily, Maternal Grandmother Pamela Phillips, Paternal Grandparents Stephen and Terri (Freeman) Williams, Maternal Great-Grandmother Arlene Phillips, Maternal Great-Grandfather John Phillips, Uncle Matt Williams (Ashley Tyler), Aunt Lindsay (Williams) and Uncle Ryan Billings, Cousin Beckett Billings, and numerous Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins.
