I was so sad to see that Lisa had passed away.  I was her Accounting Program Manager and taught her in multiple classes at Miami-Jacobs.  Lisa was such a joy to work with.  She was a hard worker, very smart, and a very positive person with a wonderfully dry sense of humor.  She was an officer for the accounting organization, too, and was very reliable and a great leader and role model for fellow students.  I was pleased but not at all surprised to see that she was using her gifts in service of a wonderful nonprofit organization.  That totally fits with who she was.  It is so sad that she was taken at such a young age, but I hope you know that she impacted a lot of people in a very positive way in her time on earth, and I expect we will all see her again someday in a better place with our loving God.  Your whole family is in my prayers as you grieve her loss.

Lisa is in some of my favorite memories. She has left a great mark on my life a lot of laughter and was quick to help anyone in need and because of this she'll live on in the hearts of many.  My deepest condolences to her family and loved ones during this dark time.
