Marie Gallman

Marie Gallman, age 97, passed away peacefully while surrounded by loved ones on Monday, October 4, 2021. Marie was a kind and gentle soul who enjoyed knitting, gardening, and baking. She was a devoted parishioner at Our Lady of the Rosary Church. She is preceded in death by her parents, Franziska and Andreas; her brother Georg, and her husband Alfred. Marie's greatest joy in life was her family, who will remember her with great love, her children, Walter (Ashley) Gallman, Edward (Melissa) Gallman, and Linda Gaffney; her grandchildren, Stephanie (Ben) Hout, Leah (Mike) Reilly, Robbie Gallman, and Sam Gallman; and 5 great-grandchildren. Visitation will take place on Monday, October 11, 2021 from 8:30am until 9:30am at Tobias Funeral Home- Belmont. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 10am on Monday, October 11, 2021 at Our Lady of the Rosary Catholic Church 22 Notre Dame Ave. Dayton, Ohio 45404. Marie's final resting place will be in Calvary Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Our Lady of the Rosary Catholic Church.
