

Brenner, Marjorie “Margie” Stein, 86, of Bonita Springs, FL, formally of Beavercreek, OH, passed away peacefully on April 4, 2015. Margie was born in Dayton to John and Minnie Stein, graduated from Stiver’s High School, Class of 1947. She stayed active in alumnae reunion planning and keeping up many friendships. Margie was the founder of Jack’s Aquarium and Pets in 1950. Before turning the business over to her children, she worked tirelessly to make Jack’s one of the best private pet store chains in the United States. Margie was predeceased by her husband Jack in 2002 and her son Rick in 2010. She is survived by her sohn John (J.B.) Brenner (Bonnie), daughter K-Ann Harry (Dave), grandchildren Scott Brenner (Tara), Chris Brenner (Kristi), Rich Brenner (Nancy), Katie Updegraff (Steve), Greg Brenner (Michele), Brittany Newton (Mike), Nick Brenner (Amanda), Drew Brenner, Jason Grieco (Kristen) and Brian Grieco and 10 great grandchildren. The Brenner family would like to extend an invitation to all who would like to celebrate the life of Margie to attend visitation at TOBIAS FUNERAL HOME-BEAVERCREEK CHAPEL, 3970 Dayton-Xenia Rd. at Grange Hall Rd. Monday from 3-5 PM. A memorial service will be held immediately following the visitation with interment at Mt. Zion Shoup Cemetery.
