Martha M. Taylor

TAYLOR, Martha M., age 91 of Xenia, formerly of Dayton, passed away on Friday, October 25, 2013. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert E. Taylor; parents, Robert and Kitty Rushton; son, James R. Taylor and 5 siblings. She is survived by her daughter, Carolyn (Kermit) Felton; sons, Jerry E. (Sue) Taylor of Salado, AR, Kerry M. Taylor of Troy, OH, Harry R. Taylor, Larry D. Taylor of Balch Springs, TX; 10 grandchildren, Jennifer, Jason, Stephen, Rachel, Katrina, Cherith, Heather, Courtney, Renee, Rob; 13 great-grandchildren; sisters, Ellen Davis of Sullivan, MO, June (Billy) Rice of Waverly, TN and close family friend, Diana Stevens. Martha worked for Morris Pharmacy from 1957 – 1973, was a receptionist at the information desk of Children’s Medical Center from 1976 – 1979 and a member of Forest Ridge Baptist Church. Funeral services will be held at 1 pm on Tuesday, October 29, 2013 at the TOBIAS FUNERAL HOME – BEAVERCREEK CHAPEL, 3970 Dayton-Xenia Rd. at Grange Hall Rd. with interment to follow in Valley View Memorial Gardens. The family will receive relatives and friends at the funeral home from 6-8 pm on Monday, October 28.
