Mildred V. Dillon

DILLON, Mildred, age 90, loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother and great great grandmother went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Friday, December 21, 2018 surrounded by her family. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 54 years, Gordon Dillon; mother and father, Mary and John Coots; five brothers, Vernon, Jimmy, Raymond, Herman and Laurence; two sisters, Bessie and Grace. She is survived by her two sons and daughters-in-law, Kent & Debie of Kettering and Michael & Pat of Kettering; one daughter and son-in-law, Mary & Russ of Centerville; seven grandchildren, Lori, Aimee, Jamie, Cheryl (Rob), Mike (Danielle), Jenny (Drew) and Morgan; twelve great grandchildren, Corey, Connor, Andrew, Robbie, Colton, Lexy, Emma, Libby, Tommy, Kyliee, Kloe and Liam; extended family, Anthony and Ashley; two great great grandchildren, Kali and Jaxon; very special niece, Mary Ann and very special friend, Mary Lou. Mildred loved her family very much. She loved going to church, praising God and hearing the word preached. A funeral service will be held January 5, 2019 at 10am at Redemption Christian Tabernacle 11780 N. Dixie Dr. Tipp City, OH by her loving Pastor Todd Hoskins. Interment Valley View Memorial Gardens. The family will receive visitors from 5-8pm on January 4, 2019 at Redemption Christian Tabernacle. To have known Mildred was to love her and to have loved her will be to miss her.
