
Kiefer, Paul M. age 67, of Dayton, OH went home to his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Monday June 27, 2016 at Hospice of Dayton after a courageous battle with cancer. He is survived by his soul mate and loving wife of 40 years, Mary E. (Shepherd) Kiefer. He was preceded in death by his parents , Joseph G. and Adele R. Kiefer and sister, JoAnn Kiefer. Survived by brothers Thomas (Valerie) Kiefer of Draper, UT; Gilbert (Sherri) Kiefer of Fort Collins, CO; sister Kate (Tim) Tillson, Fort Collins, CO; nieces, nephew, and a great-niece; special cousin, Stephanie (Bob) Lavik of McKinney, TX.; and loving family and friends. Paul was a 1967 graduate of Chaminade High School and a Vietnam Veteran of the United States Army. He was retired from Delco Moraine/Delphi as a mechanical design engineer. Paul was an extremely talented and creative woodworker and his unique awards, sculptures, and works of art are on display all over the country. He was a member and usher at Fairhaven Church, Centerville, OH. A Celebration of Life service will be held Wednesday July 6, 2016 at 11:00 am at Fairhaven Church in the Schwalm Chapel, 637 E. Whipp Rd, Centerville, Ohio 45459. Pastor David Smith officiating. A Gathering of Friends will begin at 10:30 am until service time.
