One of my favorite days with Uncle Paul was when he took us to Carillon Historical Park, including lunch at a historic restaurant.
He told us some great stories of when he worked with NCR.
Since I rarely got a chance to spend that much time with him without the rest of the family, it was extra special. Thanks for the great memory, Uncle Paul!

We are so saddened to hear of Pete's passing. We extend our prayers to his wonderful wife, Carolyn, and his family. Pete was a longtime humble and loyal supporter of University of Dayton Athletics, particularly the football program. As a member of the Flyers Club, he spent many hours organizing and supervising events. Rarely did a Flyers Club golf outing or team picnic occur without Pete being the grill master. He also organized pre-game tailgates and helped with the annual post-season team banquet. Pete regularly attended practices, never missed home games and traveled to almost all road games. Pete had many rituals, including riding in the same seat on the team bus to Friday afternoon practices on the road. He also positioned himself to give a "thumbs up" to Coach Kelly and Coach Chamberlin as the team left the field following pre-game warm-ups. Pete is now at another entrance and receiving a big "thumbs up." Rest in Peace Pete. Dick and Brenda Netzley

We became acquainted with Paul and Carolyn at Church of the Cross through introduction by our Sunday School teacher. I commented that I didn’t understand why there are no men or boys named after the apostle Paul, We remember that day when we met Paul and Carolyn. Paul always seemed glad to see us, treated us like friends from the start, and of course, his friendly manner and ever-present smile showed his internal joy of Jesus. We look forward to seeing him, again, in our eternity. We are praying that God will comfort his Carolyn and family with extra love, and that the assurance of seeing Paul, again, will soothe this present sense of loss.

I have wonderful memories of time spent with my “Uncle Paul & Aunt Carolyn”. He was a loving man of great integrity. A great role model for my generation, great husband and father.
Rest In Peace Uncle Paul and may God wrap his comforting arms around Aunt Carolyn, his children and grandchildren.
We’ll see you on the other side 💔😪🙏
