Rebecca Louise Baughman

BAUGHMAN, Rebecca Louise, age 80 of Dayton, Ohio passed away on Sunday, February 12, 2017. She is preceded in death by her husband, Larry Omer Baughman; parents, James and Alice Rebecca (Trumbo) Ward; brother, Jim Ward; and step father, Harold F. Guth. Rebecca is survived by her sons and daughters in law, Doug (Ginny White) Baughman, Bruce (Tammy Marion) Baughman; grandchildren, Rev. Aaron (Patty) Baughman, Lydia (Kurt) Heimbrock, Bruce (Tia) Baughman II, Tessa Baughman, Hunter Baughman, Isaiah Williams; great-grandchildren, Hailey Baughman, Bently Baughman, Lyric Baughman; as well as brother, Bill Ward. Rebecca was a graduate of Wayne High School class of 1954 and went on to work for 15 years at St. Elizabeth, 15 years at St. Leonard, and 20 years at Elder Beerman. She was a faithful member of Faith Lutheran Church for many years, where her funeral service will be held on Friday, February 17, 2017 at 1pm. A visitation will be held from 6:30pm until 9pm on Thursday, February 16, 2017 at TOBIAS FUNERAL HOME- BELMONT CHAPEL 648 Watervliet Ave at Fauver Ave. Final resting place, Rose Hill Cemetery in Mason, Ohio. Contributions may be made to St. Peter’s Lutheran Church in Port Jervis, NY (Grandson Aaron is the presiding minister) or to Faith Lutheran Church.
