For most of her adult life Rebecca worked as a factory worker. She then changed her career path and became a home health aid several years before her retirement. She enjoyed thrift store shopping, attending concerts and cookouts and she loved her dogs.
She is survived by 5 sisters, Beverly Rickert, Mary Paxton, Aletha Perkins, Naomi Shields and Janie Clark; she is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and close friends.
Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, March 15, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. in Tobias Funeral Home -BELMONT CHAPEL (648 Watervliet Ave, Dayton, OH 45420) with a visitation to begin at 11:00 a.m . Burial to follow at Willow View Cemetery, Dayton, OH.
