CURTNER, Robert, of Dayton OH, passed away at age 78 on June 24, 2018. He was preceded in death by his parents Marie and James Curtner; his daughter Rhonda Louise Curtner; his four brothers and one sister. Robert is survived by his wife of 58 years Theresa; daughter Kizzie Marie Couch (Curtner); brother Tom Curtner; grandchildren Ash (Sally), Amber (Dustin), Aaron (Kirsten); great-grandchildren Hailey, Brooklynn, Benjamin, Bailey, Cale, and Carter; nieces Christine Curtner (Kovich) and Diana Long (Mark). Robert was a jack of all trades. He was employed at Baxter Healthcare after 25 years, and then he ran 818 place, a catering business, for 17 years. He was also an active member and employee of St Luke Catholic Church. Robert was very active and enjoyed being outdoors doing things such as hiking. He was also known to make the best meatballs. Robert was a devoted husband, father, grandfather and great- grandfather and will be missed by all who knew him. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, July 3, at St Luke Catholic Church, 1440 N Fairfield Rd in Beavercreek, at 10 am. A visitation will be held the night prior from 5-8 at Tobias Funeral Home, 3970 Dayton-Xenia Rd in Beavercreek.
