Robert D. Medlin

Medlin, Robert D. "Bob", age 38, of Springboro, OH, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, May 22, 2015. He was born in Dayton, OH on April 3, 1977, the son of Dale and Kathy (Simpson) Medlin, who survive. In addition to his parents,Bob is survived by his beloved wife, Jodi M. (Havener) Medlin, whom he married on October 27, 2007; his loving children, Haylie (8) and Liam (2); his sister, Lori (Joe) Eagle; nieces and nephew, Keri, Kelsy and Kyle Eagle; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Dave and Nancy Havener; sister-in-law, Nicole (Jeremy) Adams. He was preceded in death by his paternal and maternal grandparents. Bob was the managing partner with the Longhorn Steak House in Moraine. He was a graduate of Stebbins High School in 1995 and received a Degree in Economics from Wright State University in 2000. Bob was a strong supporter of Shoes for the Shoeless, Relay for Life, AMBUCS Chili Cook Off, The March of Dimes and Snuggled Up. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 28, 2015, from the TOBIAS FUNERAL HOME-BEAVERCREEK CHAPEL, 3970 Dayton-Xenia Road at Grange Hall Road. Interment will follow in Davids Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 4-8 p.m. on Wednesday, May 27, 2015. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the family.
