

Rose was born October 2, 1942 in Dayton, OH to the late John J. and Rose E. (Kunkler) Lemming. Rose Marie was the oldest of 8 children and is survived by two brothers: John F. (Sandy) Lemming and David Lemming; two sisters: Marilyn K. (Tom) Lane and Virgilia Lemming; sisters-in law Charlie Lemming, Martha Lemming and Ingrid Lemming; her two sons and daughters-in-law: Matthew and Tracy Stupakewicz of O’Fallon, MO and Daniel and Rebekah Stupakewicz of Gahanna, OH; five grandchildren: Maggie, Jacob, Mike, Ben and Ethan, and many nieces and nephews. Growing up in Dayton, Rose Marie attended Our Lady of the Immaculate Conception parish. Rose went to high school at St. Joseph Commercial High School and graduated in 1960. She also attended the University of Dayton to further her education. Rose was a highly dedicated employee for 15 years as an Office Administrator at Coldwell Banker King Thompson in Bexley, OH. She also served as a notary public. Rose had a very independent spirit and quirky sense of humor. Rose Marie loved reading! She spent most of her time outside of work reading, spending time with family, watching movies, crocheting, bargain shopping and walking around the zoo. She also enjoyed time with her grandchildren picking apples or strawberries and cheering them on as they skated or played ball. Rose will be greatly missed by her family and friends.Family and close friends are invited to visitation held on Friday, May 16th at 12:00 noon with a funeral at 1:00 at St. Henry’s Memorial Chapel at Calvary Cemetery. In Lieu of flowers please make donations to the American Cancer Society. Tobias Funeral Home, Beavercreek, OH, is handling her arrangements.
