Sandra Reynolds

Sandi passed away peacefully Monday, October 21, 2024 at the age of 85 after a long battle with kidney disease. She was born in Iowa City, Iowa on July 1, 1939 and was the only child of the late Reverend Allen and Lura Sutton. In 1956, Sandra graduated from Stivers high School; where she met her late husband of 52 years, Ronnie. She then went to the University of Dayton and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Education in January 1961. She became a teacher and taught at J.E.Prass from 1961 to 1966, then retired to start a family. Later, she switched her profession from teaching to bookkeeping. She worked for several different businesses including P.E.Whitenack, Miami Valley Insurance, Marion's Pizza, Accountant Bill Cohen (Her favorite job!), and Hammerman, Graf, Hughes & Co., Inc. for many years. She shared many happy stories about her bookkeeping years.

Sandi is preceded in death by her husband Ronald Reynolds. She is survived by her son Eric Reynolds (fiance Terri Ivan), daughter Melissa Reynolds, her grandchildren: Christina Wyatt, Amanda(Smokey)King, Leighann(Macky)Foster, and Jim Reynolds, and great-grandchildren: Peyton, Kiera, Willey, Layla Rae, Jasmyn, Christopher, Adam, Adisyn, and Alena.

A visitation for Sandra will be held Friday, November 1, 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Tobias Funeral Home, 3970 Dayton Xenia Road, Beavercreek, Ohio, followed by a funeral service at 1:00 PM.

Sandra will be laid to rest in Mount Zion Park, Beavercreek, Ohio.
