Shiela Grace Sundersingh

November 28, 1950 – August 5, 2025

By God's sovereign will and perfect timing, Shiela Grace Sundersingh, age 74, of Celina, entered into the presence of her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Tuesday, August 5, 2025. She was born in Bangalore, India, on November 28, 1950.

Shiela is survived by her husband, David Sundersingh; her two sons, Samuel and Daniel Sundersingh (Jensey); her two granddaughters, Lily and Lucy Sundersingh; and one sister, Sharlette (Santosh) Seelan. She was preceded in death by her parents, Dharmaraj and Trixie Pandian, and her sister, Shirley Israel (Rajsingh).

Shiela will be remembered as a devoted wife, loving mother, and caring grandmother who delighted in serving her family with joy and selflessness. She expressed her love through the many meals she prepared—each one a quiet act of care and service.

Above all, Shiela was a faithful servant of the Lord Jesus Christ. Her hope rested fully in the finished work of Christ, and she lived in response to His grace—caring for her family, serving in her church, and showing compassion to those in need. Her life was marked by service, compassion, and generosity.

We grieve, yet not as those without hope (1 Thessalonians 4:13), for we rejoice that she is now at rest with Christ, awaiting the resurrection.
