Kochendorfer, Steven C., 70, passed away Thursday, February 11, 2016 at Life Care Hospital. He is preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Clara Kochendorfer, mother-in-law and father-in-law Ruth and Gene Hogue; brother-in-law Norman Deis; sister-in-law Barbara Spicer . Survived by his wife Cheryl; children Mark (Lori) Kochendorfer, Julie (Pat) Keating; brother Jerry (Joyce) Kochendorfer; sister Verna Deis; brothers-in law Steve Hogue and Roger Bosley; grandchildren Alec Kochendorfer, Drew Keating and Stacey Keating; numerous nieces, 1 nephew, cousins, and many loving friends. He retired from DP&L after 44 years of service. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10 AM Tuesday, February 16, 2016 at St. Helen Catholic Church. Interment David's Cemetery. Family will receive friends at TOBIAS FUNERAL HOME-BEAVERCREEK CHAPEL, 3970 Dayton-Xenia Rd. at Grange Hall Rd. from 4-8 PM Monday.
