CHURBY, Theodore, age 74 of Centerville, died peacefully with family by his side on Wednesday, April 25, 2012 at Kettering Medical Center. Ted was born on September 24, 1938 in Uniontown, Pennsylvania to the late Michael and Nellie (Matthews) Churby. He was preceded in death by his sisters, Beulah Churby and Eva Kezmarski and brothers, Jack, Harry (Ruth) and Joseph (Sylvia) Churby. He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Linda; two sons, Scott A. (Sandra) Churby of West Salem, Ohio and Bradley C. Churby of Springboro, Ohio; six grandchildren; a sister, Dolly (Charles) Zerby; and two brothers, Thomas (Nancy) Churby and Edgar (Jeannie) Churby. Ted served in the U.S. Army as a tank driver and retired from Standard Products in Cleveland, Ohio and also Plastic Trim in Beavercreek, Ohio as a Plastics Engineer.
