GRANT, Virgil William Jr. age 93 of Dayton, OH passed away Monday, February 8, 2016. Virgil was a Navy Veteran, and a member of the Brick Layers Union. He was preceded in death by his parents and 2 brothers, Mack & Bill Grant. He is survived by his wife of 69 years, Freda (Hart) Grant; son, Ronald D. Grant (Carol) of Springboro, OH; daughter, Janet T. Shields of Chandlersville, OH; brothers, Thomas Grant, Wayne & James Hart; 5 grandchildren, Zachary, Clint, Rachel, Cody, and Drake; and 4 great grandchildren, Nickolas, Eric, Cameron, and Carsyn. The family will receive friends from 11 am until time of service, at 12 noon, Friday, February 12, 2016, at the Miami Valley Memory Gardens Cemetery Chapel. Rev. Dale Brown officiating.
