Susan Alice Robinson

Services for Susan Alice Robinson will be held at Stephens Funeral Home - DeKalb chapel on Tuesday, November 13 at 2:00 pm. Burial will be in Mamie Chapel Cemetery in DeKalb. Bro. Bill Freeman will be officiating.

Mrs. Robinson, 86, of DeKalb passed away Saturday, November 10 at Rush Foundation Hospital in Meridian. She was a retired healthcare worker in the medical industry.

She is survived by her son, Larry Jones of DeKalb, sisters, Mabel Lang and husband Raymond and Rosie Lee McReynolds and husband Chuck, both of DeKalb, brother, Bill Burkes and wife Eatha of Meridian, five grandchildren and sixteen great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Edgar and Rosie Burkes, husband, Marvin Robinson, sisters, Helen Russell, Bobbie Hall, Mattie Rene Partridge, brothers, James Burkes, Milton Burkes, John Burkes, Lester Burkes and Edgar Burkes Jr.

Pallbearers will be Casey McCoy, David Steedly, Scotty Lindsey, David Smith, Lee Stevens, and Nicklas Garrett.

Visitation will be from 12 pm to 2pm the day of the service at Stephens Funeral Home of DeKalb.
