Connie Maynor, 74, of Decatur, passed away on Friday, January 9, 2026. Her visitation will be on Tuesday, January 13, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Roselawn Funeral Home. A graveside service will follow at 11:15 AM at Roselawn Cemetery with Doyne Aldridge officiating.
Connie is survived by her husband Johnny Blaine Maynor; her five children, Angie Burleson (Tab), Trent Burney (Britney), Nikkie L Burney, Colt W. Burney, and Nicole Frye; 12 grandchildren, Morgan Emens, Whitney Steele, Kaylie McCulloch, Mckenzie Burney, Brayden Burney, Payton L. Blankenship, Alexis Alred, Braily Alred, Cali Frye, and Kaden Frye; 9 great-grandchildren; one niece, Sonja Lewis Bozoian of Buford, Georgia and one nephew Scott Lewis.
She was preceded in death by her mother Ruby Braswell Lewis; her father, Ralph W Lewis and her brother, Harry Lewis.
Our mother was loved by all who knew her. She will be deeply missed, but we take comfort in knowing she is with our Heavenly Father and we will see her again someday.
Pallbearers will be Trent Burney, Brayden Burney, Lane McCulloch, Drew Wilson, Austin Steele, and Tab Burleson.
