Doris Freeman Mahaffey, 86, passed on Saturday, March 21, 2026. Visitation will be held at Roselawn Funeral Home on Saturday, March 28, 2026, from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm. A Celebration of Life will immediately follow in the chapel of the funeral home with Pastor Royce Teague officiating. She will be laid to rest at Roselawn Cemetery.
Mrs. Mahaffey was preceded in death by her parents, Dennis and Vada Freeman; husband, Ernest Milton Mahaffey and son, David Mahaffey.
She is survived by her daughter, Donna Moody; grandchildren, Brianna Mahaffey, Delilah Bovia and Savannah Mahaffey, and 5 great grandchildren.
