She was preceded in death by her parents, Damian Lee Blackwell and Anna Thompson Blackwell; sister, Barbara Atkinson and a grandson, Jon-Erik Loney.
Mrs. Sharp is survived by four sons, Kevin Loney (Martha) of Hartselle, Sherman Loney (Sharie) of Helena, Ron Loney (Sharon) of Camarillo, CA and Jaime Loney (Carla) of Stedman, NC; one sister, Sarah Johnson of Harvest; eight grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was a charter member of Somerville Baptist Church.
Pallbearers will be Corey Loney, Brandon Loney, Stevie Atkinson, Ronnie Birdwell, Kenny Birdwell and Maurice Thompson. Honorary pallbearer will be great-grandson, Rusty Casper.
Her pastor Dr. Shane Lewis will conduct the service at Roselawn Funeral Home on Sunday at 2 p.m. Visitation will be tonight from 6 to 8 at the funeral home. She will be buried in Decatur City Cemetery.
Roselawn Funeral Home is assisting the family.
