Her visitation will be on Thursday from 11 a.m. until 12 p.m. at Roselawn Funeral Home. A celebration of her life will begin at 12 p.m. in the chapel of the funeral home. Burial will follow in Roselawn Cemetery.
Mrs. Moore spent her life as an assignment clerk with South Central Bell. She was an active member of the Alabama Telephone Pioneer Club. And was one of the founding members of Westmeade Baptist Church, where she was a member for over 50 years. She loved her family. And everyone that knew her loved her. She was well liked and a very good Christian lady, never waivering from her faith. She also loved her Alabama Football. ROLL TIDE!!
She is preceded in death by her husband Donald William Moore Sr., son, Donald William Moore Jr., two brothers, and two sisters.
She is survived by son Timothy Aaron Moore, granddaughter, Lauren Ashley Tapscott(Marques), great-grandchildren, Serenity, Kaleb, Markus, and Aliviya.
Serving as pallbearers will be Asa Carr, Aaron Carr, Barney Pate, Marques Tapscott, Bennie Drinkard, and Phil Lancaster.
Roselawn Funeral Home is assisting the family.
