Jake is survived by his father and mother, Vic and Tammy; siblings, Caleb and Sophie; sister in law, Joanna; grandparents, Sandra and Steve Chrismon.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Kenneth Jolley, Robert and Sandra Ford; cousin, Declan Bledsoe and aunt, Kim Coleman.
Jake was born in Kingwood, Texas. After his baby sister was born he moved with the rest of his family to Alabama. He graduated from Bob Jones High School, and was a sophomore in college. He hoped to be an Automotive Field Service Engineer like his dad and a great cook like his mom. He died worshipping his older brother Caleb, and adoring her sister Sophie.
