

Funeral service for Nita Frenzel Wallace, 70, of Decatur, will be Saturday, April 26, 2014, at 10 a.m. at Roselawn Funeral Home Chapel with Roger Jenkins officiating. Burial will be in Moulton Memory Gardens. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
Mrs. Wallace, who passed away Wednesday, April 23, 2014, at Decatur Morgan Hospital, was born September 5, 1943, in Chicago, Ill., to Kumpy and Marie Brewer. She was a member of First Baptist Church, business owner of Private Duty Nursing and was a board member at Calhoun Community College. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Earl Edmond Frenzel Jr.; husband, Harold Benson Wallace; and daughter, Robin Frenzel Wallace.
She is survived by her daughter, Elizabeth McCarty (Bill) of League City, Texas, sons, Clark Wallace (Kathy) of Toano, Va., Ben Wallace (Wanda) of Auburn, daughter, Lucy Wallace Edwards (Chip) of Gadsden; sisters, Nell Chapman (Larry) of Decatur, Patsy Williams (Benny) of Moulton; brother-in-law, Michael Frenzel (Mary Anne) of Baton Rouge, La.; grandchildren, Brannon, Hannah and Emily Wallace, Jessica and Margaret McCarty, William Edwards; nieces, Jenny, Renee, Sarah, Jo Ellen, Sheri; nephews, Jeff, Hunter, Patrick, Michael, Neal, Daniel, Kyle; sisters-in-law, Nell Clem, Betty Thrasher (Gilbert), Mary Jeanne Breakfield, Helen Koehler (Buck). Special thanks to Delois Edwards, Laverne Byrd, Annette Powell, Brenda Landers, Dr. Reddy and Dr. Becdach.
Pallbearers will be Julious Barrett, Jerry Busby, David Duke, Ron Earley, P J M Reddy and Melvin Russell.
