Celebrating the life of Mary Ruth (Dean) Ingram, age 92, who passed away on Monday, June 27th, 2016. Visitation will be June 30th, 2016, from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. at Roselawn Funeral Home in Decatur. Funeral service will follow at 2 p.m. at the funeral home with Rev. Dallas Culver officiating. Burial will be in Roselawn Cemetery.
Mary was born and raised in Evergreen, AL. After graduating from high school she moved to Montgomery to work at the Alabama State Capitol. She managed her home with grace as she raised her four boys and supported her true love, husband Hal. Mary was a member of the Austinville United Methodist Church in Decatur, AL.
Mary was preceded in death by her husband Harold “Hal” and sons, John and Keith Ingram.
Survivors include her sons, Clayton Ingram Jr. (Kim) of Cullman; Greg Ingram (Lee) of Auburn; grandchildren, Matt Ingram (Mary Helen), Meredith Easterwood (Tony), Bryant Ingram; great-grandchildren, Harper & John Easterwood and Kate Ingram and two sisters, Frances Sankey and Annie Lou Baggett.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Austinville United Methodist Church, 908 Lamar St., SW, Decatur, Al 35601.
