She was a lifetime member of Southside Baptist Church.
Mary will be missed by all who knew her.
She is preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Bettye Edgil Lee.
Mary is survived by her brother, Thomas “Tommy” D. Edgil II (Mary Kay); nephew, Trey Edgil (Sherry); nieces, Allison Cartwright (Ty) and Jeanie Parker (Keith); brother-inlaw, Richard C. Lee; nieces, Beth Lee, Sandra Stephenson (Jeff) and Rebecca Bearden (Jerry); and a host
of great-nieces and greatnephews.
Pallbearers will be Keith Parker, Trey Edgil, Jake Troy, Richard Troy, Allen Stephenson Wes Bearden and Austin Bearden.
The family requests that donations be made to the Senior Adult Ministry of Southside Baptist Church.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Roselawn Funeral Home Saturday, July 8, 2017, at 2 p.m with Dr. Ben Hayes officiating.
Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
Burial will be in Decatur City Cemetery.
